ON RESERVATION
EVENING
At 8:00 pm, all to our songbooks! A participatory musical evening in the open air! All musicians are welcome with their instruments!
FOOD AND DRINK
Non-stop catering from 2pm to 11pm!
Seasonal and other catering: Raclettes, soups, hot dogs, vol au vent, waffles, cotton candy, popcorn, marshmallows …
Seasonal drinks and others : Hot wines, pequets, beers, wines, hot chocolates, juices, softs, …
RESERVATIONS
Activities and catering do not require reservations.
Reservations only for SHOWS
PRICES FOR ACTIVITIES
Most of the activities will be free… However, for some activities, you will be asked for 1 or 2 symbolic euros.
SHOWS PRICES
The shows are at the price of 5 euros (For adults and children over 3 years old)
SECURITY
The park will be mostly closed, however it will be the responsibility of parents to supervise children during the various activities and near the bouncy castles.
IN CASE OF RAIN
The rain will not be enough to prevent us from living this extraordinary moment in Wezembeek-Oppem… please remember to cover yourself & equip yourself accordingly. And if necessary, don’t forget your umbrella!
PARKING
WEZEMBEEK-OPPEM is a quiet municipality that appreciates soft mobility. We invite you to prefer walking and cycling as much as possible. If you arrive by car, please park properly and make sure you do not disturb the inhabitants of the neighborhood.
Covid 19
GEZONDHEIDSMAATREGELEN
Het evenement is ontworpen en opgezet met strikte inachtneming van de geldende gezondheidsvoorschriften.
MONDMASKER
Deelnemers van 12 jaar en ouder worden gemaskeerd verwacht. Kinderen van 6 jaar en ouder worden geacht een masker te dragen in binnenruimtes (shows, toiletten, enz.)
COVID SAFE TICKET
Het Covid safe ticket zal aan de ingang worden gevraagd, zoals vereist door de huidige regels.
COVID MATERIALEN
Op de daarvoor bestemde plaatsen zal hydro-alcoholische gel worden verstrekt.
AANSCHERPING VAN DE REGELS
Als de sanitaire voorschriften vóór de datum van de activiteit strenger worden en het evenement onmogelijk maken. U krijgt uiteraard het volledige bedrag van de boeking terugbetaald.
QUARANTAINE OF POSITIEVE TEST
Als u niet kunt deelnemen vanwege quarantaine of een positieve Covid-test, betalen wij u het volledige bedrag van de boeking terug op basis van een medisch attest
ANNULERING IN GEVAL VAN OVERMACHT
Connect’Event behoudt zich het recht voor om het evenement te annuleren om redenen buiten haar controle. In dit geval zal de organisator een volledige terugbetaling voor elk verkocht ticket geven.
