BOOK A PRIVATE TRACTOR TOUR
Good news, it is possible to book a private tractor tour to enjoy it just with your family or friends.
This private tour can accommodate a MAXIMUM of 25 people including a MAXIMUM of 10 teenagers/adults (12 years old and over)

The tractor tour, food tastings along the way and access to the bouncy castles.
AFTER THE TOUR
At the end of the tour, you will be able to buy the products you have tasted. It will be time to relax with a drink and some good food, while your children have fun on the bouncy castles!

TIME & DURATION
Please arrive exactly on time as mentioned on your ticket.
Allow +/- 1h30 for the tractor tour & 1h in the relaxation area and bouncy castles.
After this time, we will ask you to leave to make place for the next participants.
LATE ARRIVALS
If your tractor has left, we will not be able to do anything. Your ticket will not be refunded.
ON-SITE TICKET
The purchase of tickets on site will be possible if the slots are not full. Please check beforehand on our website or via info@connectevent.be

Easy parking at the entrance of the Kraainem Sport Event domain
TICKET
Your ticket will be checked on your Smartphone at the entrance
IN CASE OF RAIN
Rain will not be enough to prevent us from enjoying this extraordinary moment. Please dress and equip yourself accordingly. If necessary, don’t forget your umbrella!
SAFETY
The tractor will be driven at a reasonable speed and very carefully. However it will be the responsibility of the parents to supervise the children during the tour. The same goes for the supervision of the bouncy castles.
Covid 19
HEALTH AND SAFETY MEASURES The event has been thought through & designed in strict compliance with the health and safety rules in force. MANDATORY MASK The participants over 12 years old are expected to wear masks. COVID MATERIAL Hydroalcoholic gel will be provided at different points along the route. STRENGHTENING OF THE RULES If the health and safety rules become stricter between now and the date of the event and make the event impossible, the total cost of the reservation will of course be refunded . QUARANTINE OR POSITIVE TEST If you are unable to participate due to a quarantine or a positive Covid 19 test, the total cost of the reservation will be refunded on the basis of a medical certificate.
